A quick introduction
We grow different types of onions: lots of yellow storage onions, but also special pink, red and white ones. One of our favourite varieties is the Italian 'Bianca Musona' onion which is very large and white. It tastes sweeter than yellow onions and grows very well on our land.

What would we do without onions? Onions are at the base of so many stews, soups and sauces and they are versatile too: caramelized onions add an incredible richness and sweetness to dishes while raw red onions add zing and sharpness.
