Can I put my subscription on hold while I'm on holiday?
Our vegetables don’t take holidays, so unfortunately, it’s not possible to pause your subscription.
However, there are a few options if you can’t pick up your veggies:
We have a WhatsApp group for our members where you can coordinate with others. For example, someone can pick up your veggies while you’re away, and you can return the favor when they go on holiday.
You’re always welcome to send a friend, neighbor, or family member to collect your vegetables for you.
If you prefer to skip a box entirely, you can send us an email at least two days in advance to cancel your box (please note that we can’t offer a refund for cancelled boxes).
What if I want to end my veggie subscription earlier?
Our CSA follows an alternative farming model, where the farmer receives financial security by not being dependent on unpredictable market demand and price fluctuations. That’s why the idea behind a CSA is that members commit for an entire season.
If you do need to stop your subscription earlier for any reason, you are always welcome to transfer your subscription to a friend or family member.
