A quick introduction
Mint can be most easily identified by its refreshing smell. The leaves, which are bright green and have a wrinkled texture, can be bruised to release its intense scent. We grow different varieties, some have slightly hairy leaves and other don’t.

Suggestions for preparation
Mint is a very popular and versatile herb, and can be used both in savoury and sweet recipes. Pair it with peas for a classic and refreshing combination, use it with parsley and fine bulgur for a refreshing tabbouleh, or add it to cocktails or hot water for minty drinks.
Recipes
